Black Box Celebrity Chef Competition – The Mayor of Stratford Dan Mathieson along with another celebrity will be paired with 2 chefs from the Stratford Chef School in the ultimate Black Box competition where they are to create the best garlic inspired recipe in under 1 hour given the secret “Black Box” ingredient they are to work with.
Emily Richards will demonstrate a garlic inspired recipe from her cookbook.
Carla Azevedo will cook up Lemon and Garlic Pork Cubes from her cookbook Pimentos & Piri Piri: Portuguese Comfort Cooking
